Named Top Rookie
LIU freshman Kim Mac
Millan was named Northeast Conference Rookie-of-the-Week for the
week ending Nov. 29. The Blackbirds' starting point guard, Mac
Millan averaged 17.0 points and 4.7 rebounds in the first three
games of the regular season.
A native of Toms River,
NJ, Mac Millan opened the season with a 20-point outing at Norfolk
State and scored 14 points against Florida International and 17
points against Hartford.
Currently, she is averaging
15.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists pere contest.
