Nikki Pachuta joins the LIU golf program after a standout career at Northeast Conference rival Central Connecticut State. A three-time All-Northeast Conference performer, Pachuta finished second individually at the inaugural NEC Championships in 1998. She also captained the Blue Devils to a 2001 NEC championship, the first in school history.

A native of Perry, N.Y., Pachuta
graduated from CCSU in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in physical
education. She previously taught at Mt. Sinai School in St.
Francis Hospital
in Connecticut.
