Track and Field Competes at Penn Relays

4/28-30/05 -- Two of Long Island University's relay teams competed at the prestigious Penn Relays at historic Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pa.

The men's 1,600-meter relay squad closed third in its race. That team was comprised of graduate student Ricardo Ordain (Costa Rica), junior Michael Hillian (Voorhees, N.J.), senior Sean Johnson (Ontario, Canada) and junior Bryan Steele (Gaithersburg, Md.).

The men's 400-meter relay team finished its race fifth. That squad was made up of Hillian, Steele, Johnson and senior David Crichlow (Lakewood, N.J.).

LIU will be in action May 7-8 at the Northeast Conference Championships in Emmitsburg, Md.
